Pre Order Policy

At Seven Halos, many of our pieces are created through a pre-order system to maintain quality, exclusivity, and attention to detail. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


Processing & Production Time


All pre-order items require a processing and production period of approximately 2–4 weeks before shipment. This timeframe allows us to carefully produce, inspect, and prepare each item to meet our standards.


Please understand:

    •    The 2–4 week timeframe does not include shipping time

    •    Orders may ship sooner, but delays can occur depending on demand, materials, or production volume

    •    By completing your purchase, you accept and agree to this waiting period


We prioritize quality over speed, and every piece is handled with care to ensure you receive a product that meets the Seven Halos standard.



Agreement Upon Purchase


By placing an order with Seven Halos, you confirm that:

    •    You understand your item is a pre-order product

    •    You agree to the 2–4 week production timeline before shipment

    •    You accept that this timeline may vary slightly due to circumstances beyond our control

    •    You have read and agreed to our Refund & Return Policy


Failure to review these policies does not exempt you from them.



Order Status & Updates


We understand that waiting can be frustrating, and we aim to be as transparent as possible.

    •    You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed

    •    You will receive tracking information once your item has shipped

    •    During the production period, updates may be limited as your item is being created


If there are any significant delays beyond the expected timeframe, we will do our best to notify you.



Cancellations & Changes


Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

    •    Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once placed

    •    Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed


Please ensure all order details (size, color, shipping address, etc.) are correct before completing your purchase.



Refunds & Issues


All sales are final. However, if an issue arises, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.


We will only review claims in cases such as:

    •    Items arriving damaged or defective


If your order arrives with an issue:

    •    Contact us at sevenhalosus@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery

    •    Include your order number, photos, and a clear explanation


All claims are reviewed carefully, and resolutions (if approved) may include a replacement or refund.



Shipping & Responsibility


Once your order has been shipped:

    •    Seven Halos is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider

    •    Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout


Any shipping-related issues should be handled directly with the carrier once tracking is provided.



Chargebacks & Policy Enforcement


By placing an order with Seven Halos, you agree to this Pre-Order Policy and all related terms.


Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first:

    •    Violates this agreement

    •    May be considered fraudulent activity


In such cases, we will submit full documentation, including:

    •    Proof of purchase

    •    This policy agreement

    •    Order and shipping confirmation

    •    Proof of delivery
