Returns & Refund Policy


All sales are final. By placing an order with Seven Halos, you agree to this policy.


Because each piece is made or produced to order in limited quantities, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under normal circumstances. This helps us maintain the quality of our products, avoid unnecessary waste, and ensure every customer receives a brand-new, untouched item.


That said, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll take care of it.


Please email us at sevenhalosus@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:

    •    Your order number

    •    Clear photos showing the issue

    •    A short explanation of what’s wrong


Once reviewed and approved, we’ll provide either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.


Please note, we reserve the right to deny any request if:

    •    The item shows signs of wear or use

    •    The damage appears to be intentional

    •    The claim is submitted outside of the 3-day window



Chargebacks & Disputes


By purchasing from Seven Halos, you agree to these terms.


If you have an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us first so we can make it right. Filing a chargeback or dispute without reaching out to us may be treated as fraudulent activity.


In those cases, we will provide full documentation to the payment provider, including:

    •    Shipping and tracking records

    •    Proof of delivery
